2018 R. Pouillon & Fils 'Les Chataigniers' Extra Brut Champagne, France Willett where it rested for moreLes Chtaigniers is a vineyard parcel located in the village of Festigny on the left bank of the Marne valley. Here the concentration of clay in the soil makes this terroir an ideal expression for pinot meunier. Franois farms meunier vines of 10 and 25 years old with the same organic rigor he applies elsewhere.
