Vintage PLW Button Front Dress w/ Matching Fabric Belt 1970's Sleeveless A rare findDescription Very nice PLW dress dated 1974. This one comes with the matching fabric belt so you can cinch up the waist. This is a well made dress, with thicker polyester material and polished metal buttons. There are signs of use upon close inspection, a couple of small hardly noticeable spots of discoloration but we couldn't even capture them with our camera.
