2019 Raul Perez 'La Poulosa' Lomas de Valtuille Bierzo, Spain High West punched down by handLa Poulosa is a low lying, east oriented parcel planted in 1940 on clay and alluvial stones Mostly Menca with some Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouschet) and Bastardo (Trousseau) Fermented with whole clusters and a long post fermentation maceration raised for one year in used 225L and 500L barrels bottled without fining or filtration
