TE MATA ESTATE AWATEA RED BLEND NEW ZEALAND 2018 Whiskey Aged for at least sixAnother great showing yet again from the Te Mata stable! The '19' shows attractive aromatics of dark cherry, blackberries, cola and cassis, bay leaf, lavender, and olive tapenade. The palate shows a wonderful elegance with ripe acidity, focus and finesse with ripe tannin and a long, layered finish. Brilliant.
