2024 Gerard Boulay Sancerre a Chavignol Montalcino with soft vanilla and lightProducer: Gerard Boulay Region: Sancerre, Loire, France Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc Year: 2024 Winemaker Notes: "The Chavignol Sancerre is racy and very complex. Initially, you'll find bright citrus and herbaceous notes on the nose. A few swirls in the glass, it opens to melon, pink grapefruit and light spice of white pepper and minerals. The palate has wonderful acidity yet is still lush and mouth coating. Very good balance on this superb Sancerre."
