STM Billet Welding Purge Block for 2-Bolt Exhaust Flange Schrader Volvo 1161423-7The STM billet purge clamping block for 2. 5" or 3" 2 bolt exhaust flanges allows us to securely bolt a flange and easily evacuate oxygen while welding to ensure a clean, solid weld and prevent warping. The aluminum block helps draw heat away from the flange while welding and you can bolt the flange securely to the block to prevent warping. Comes with 1 8" NPT threads to accept your purge fittings. These are the same purge blocks our fabricators use
