2022 Weingut Wasenhaus, Spatburgunder 'Kanzel', Baden. Germany Domaine de la Cote From 3 vineyards in LaA Pinot Noir grown on limestone clay soil in Kirchhofen and Pfaffenweiler. Grown on steep slopes with a west orientation and worked mainly manual, the vines are French and German clones w some selection massale. Fermentation with 40% whole clusters, in the beginning as a carbonic maceration and afterwards in a classic open vat fermentation with some punch downs. Aged in mainly used French oak barrels for 16 months.
