USAAF Co-Pilot Figurine 1:100 scale collectible replicaU. S. A. A. F. Co Pilot, 1942 45 Experience the perilous life of a World War II heavy bomber crew with this figure of a U. S. A. A. F. Co Pilot. Serving as a co pilot on a U. S. Army Air Force bomber during the height of WWII was still fraught with danger, but comparatively less so than other positions. Among the 100,000 service members who crewed these bombers, a staggering 71 percent were either killed, wounded, captured, or went missing in action.
