This is a great example of the Colt M1849 Pocket Percussion Revolver with a rare special order short 3" barrel

The lock plate is also faintly marked Potsdam

NOTE: This clock is sold as is

but could easily be replaced with a period correct reproduction

and could definitely use some conditioning
