Description

Unpretentious

000 dollars

This natural Italian red blends Nero d'Avola and Frappato from old vines at 450 meters elevation — naturally fermented

The eight hectare estate has parcels of century-old vines on the enviable Clos Bonneau

We stepped into his stone walled

2023 Le C Sec du Chateau Closiot White Burgundy UnpretentiousCompared to the regular bottling this sees all oak fermentation, 25% new. This is full bodied white Bordeaux with some botrytis, think a dry Sauternes. Nutty, toasty, exotic and rich, this would pair well with a heavy cream sauce.
