I would guess those are team jerseys of some sort, but interesting that the Chief is singular more as if Chief were a function (like Life Guard, or Senator!) than a team; so perhaps we have here a assembly of Chiefs of various domains, each posturing and positioning to be THE Chief! 4 3 4" x 3 1 8", very good condition.
