Two are examples of the Second Type, each with a grey thin cardboard binding with a cover displaying a Reichsadler with its head turned to left (as viewed), wings spread open, holding in its claws an oak leaves wreath with a mobile swastika (one has had the swastika scratched off), and Gothic letters spelling Wehrpa. One of these Wehrpa contains 52 pages, the other 54 pages, with personal data, examination and
