Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Maltese Cross, the obverse with white enameled arms, with a central red enameled Geneva Cross on a white enameled background, within a ring of black enamel bearing an inscription of PREUSSISCHER LANDESVEREIN VOM ROTEN KREUZ (PRUSSIAN STATE ASSOCIATION OF THE RED CROSS),
