Footnote: Silver Medal issued to NCO's and enlisted men. Instituted by Leopold II of Belgium and awarded for the repression of the Brabant revolution and the restoration of Austrian Power in the Southern Netherlands. Also awarded on the occasion of the wars against the French republic in 1792 1793. This offering is a part of the
