You have to see it to believe it! Native to: Pineapples are native to tropical South Americaparticularly the ParanParaguay basin of southern Brazil, Paraguay and Bolivia. Leaves are long, narrow, swordshaped with slightly serrated margins; young foliage may show hints of purple or bronze before maturing to greygreen.
