Germany, HJ. A Rain Cape Republic of sharpened tip and lower edge(HJ Regenumhang). A well preserved HJ rain cape, constructed of a weather hardened, cotton rayon blended cloth base. It features a wide, turned down collar which retains a magnetic metal hook and eyelet for flush closure, and with a reinforced yoke that extends across the back of the shoulders. Dual side slashes fastening closed with bakelite buttons to allow the wearer to access the pockets of an underlying uniform, with an additional front opening
