Sincronia Negre 2018 Traminer Fresh strawberriesHand harvested grapes undergo a wild fermentation in stainless steel after 4 days of maceration. Followed by being aged only 6 months in used French and American oak barrels. This red is heavy in forest fruit on the nose with earth and hints of spice and toast. Medium bodied with fresh red fruit on the palate. Featured in the March 2021 Wine Club!
